Privacy Policy

MIDO LOVE CO., LTD. ("we") handles your personal data in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

1. What we collect

• When you request a quote: your name or company, email, country, estimated quantity, selected sizes, message and attached files.
• With each inquiry, we record how you reached our site (for example a search engine, an ad campaign name or the site you came from). If you accept cookies, we also record the Google Ads click ID.
• To prevent spam, we briefly keep a one-way scrambled value of your IP address.

2. Why we use it

To answer your inquiry, send quotes, and contact you about your order. We use the visit source and ad click ID only to measure which ads lead to inquiries. If you accept cookies, we may also send Google a one-way scrambled (hashed) copy of the email address you entered, only to measure ad results. We never sell your data.

3. How long we keep it

Up to three years after your inquiry is closed, then we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will do so without delay unless the law requires us to keep it.

4. Service providers

We do not sell your data. We use the providers below to run the service, so your data may be stored on servers outside Thailand, such as in Singapore or the United States.

• Supabase: storing inquiries and files
• Vercel: hosting the website
• Resend: sending email
• Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics): measuring ad results, if you accept cookies

5. Cookies and browser storage

If you accept cookies, we use Google cookies to measure ad results and visits. If you decline, these cookies are not stored, and Google receives only anonymous measurement signals without cookies. You can use the whole site either way, and you can change your choice at any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page. We also use browser storage for conveniences such as remembering your language.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, or to withdraw your consent. Email us at the address below. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and only our administrators can access inquiries.
