Terms of Service

These terms set out the basics of using the MIDOLOVE website and its quote request service, operated by MIDO LOVE CO., LTD. ("we").

1. The service

The website describes our garment production, custom-made and uniform production, tech pack and design services, and accepts quote requests. No payments are made on the website.

2. Quotes and orders

• Our replies, sketches and estimated prices are for reference and are not a contract.
• Quantities, fabrics, prices and schedules are confirmed by our written quote and your written approval, including by email.
• Changes or cancellations after sampling or production has started follow the terms in the quote.

3. Material you send us

• You must have the right to use the photos, artwork and logos you send.
• We do not make products that infringe anyone else's trademarks or copyright.
• We use your material only to quote and produce your order, and we do not publish it without your consent.

4. Fabric and trim storage

We record the items and quantities we store for you and keep you informed. Storage lasts about one year after your last production order; other conditions follow the quote. If we can no longer store your items, we will tell you in advance and can ship them to you.

5. Inspection and defects

We check measurements and stitching after production. Items with defects caused by us are repaired or remade free of charge.

6. Liability

Information on the website is for guidance. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it in good faith.

8. Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
